Jean-François DARMAGNAC earned a bachelor degree in modern literature and a master’s degree in Private Law. He is an alumnus of the Political Science School of Strasbourg. Before working in Human Resources consulting, he worked for fifteen years in distribution, public works and civil engineering, and telecommunications holding several executive and senior executive positions before working at the senior management level.
Jean-François DARMAGNAC is 55 years old. He has been a well known professional in the executive search field for seventeen years.
Jean-François DARMAGNAC specializes in the industrial sector, public works and engineering, and new technologies. The search assignments that he has conducted have enabled him to fill executive, industrial team members and senior management positions in France and in Europe. He also takes part in senior executives coaching projects. He speaks English and Spanish.
Sandrine JOURDAN Associate consultant

Sandrine JOURDAN is 39 years old. She has worked for several years in Human Resources development and management.
Holding a degree in industrial psychology, she started her career in an executive search firm (3C Executive Search) specialized in direct approach recruitment in the computer, network and telecommunications sectors. She successively held positions of executive research specialist and consultant focusing on project engineers, pre-sales engineers and operational management positions (marketing, business, HR, etc.).
Then, she joined OSIS, a consulting and integration firm leader in Business Intelligence and e-Business, where she held a recruiting consultant position. She was responsible for engineers and consultants integration, follow-up, and development. She was the HR representative for the business unit.
In 1999, Sandrine Jourdan joined Soft Computing group, a consulting and integration company specialized in CRM, where she created a Human Resources department. Responsible of the HR department development, her objectives were mainly to oversee recruitment (average of 80 managers a year), training, internal mobility, and skills assessment and management. She was also responsible for overseeing the consistency of the salary practices and to implement annual evaluation interviews working with the upper management team. At the beginning of 2003, she became consultant responsible for developing the Human Resources consulting services.
