With that approach, the profile of the candidate can be created. It takes into account the objective data and subjective aspects connected to the culture of the Company.
This analysis is conducted working closely with the proper hierarchical levels of the company through interviews, on-site visits and document reviews. The company commits to providing complete and reliable information in order for the mission to be successful.

Once the proposed search strategy has been approved by the Company, the candidates are identified using the skills of our staff and the technical tools of the firm, which are constantly updated and enhanced.
Regardless of the methodology we use, the evaluation phase of the candidates follows a progressive procedure which allows us to identify the best candidates for the position being filled :
Selection of the applications using objective criteria.
Analysis, during one or several interviews (on the phone or in person), of the consistency and the quality of the candidate’s employment history, and of his/her motivation and skills with regards to the position and its environment.
Evaluation of the proficiency of the candidate with foreign languages (English, Spanish, German).
In-depth analysis of the applications we have received.
Validation of the professional references of the selected candidate.
A file compiled after review of this information is given to the Company. It includes the resume of the candidates, an analysis of their employment history, a study of their motivation, and a summary indicating how well they are suited for the position.
After the presentation of the selected candidates to the Company, the consultant participates in the final negotiation and makes recommendations to facilitate their integration.
Integration follow-up :

The consultant continues the assignment after the candidate has started in the new position and stays in contact with him/her and with the Company during the probationary period to ease the integration in the new environment.
Timeline :
Using our direct approach, we make every effort to present one or several candidates that meet the criteria of the position six weeks after the beginning of the assignment.
